I've heard that you can't use this forever as the steroid can thin your skin. It's really good for short-term relief but something else might be needed for long-term.
This cream saved me during a flare-up. I didn't have any major side effects, but I did notice that it was very important to wash my hands right before and after applying it — it made a big difference for me.
