I've been diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) for a little over a year now, and I've been on Uptravi 1400mcg Tablets to manage it. I was initially hesitant, given the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that the benefits would outweigh the risks. So far, I've seen a significant improvement in my ability to exercise and a reduction in symptoms. However, I've also experienced some side effects like headaches and an upset stomach. I've heard that it can get severe for some, so I'm curious to know how others have coped. Has anyone else experienced similar side effects? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any tips you might have for managing side effects.

I hear you! I thought I would forget to take it after a few weeks, but so far, so good. I set a reminder on my phone. But you are right, three times a day isn’t easy.

That muscle pain is no joke! I've experienced it too. It feels like I've been doing some intense workout, but I’m just sitting here on the couch.

I never had issues with Uptravi, but I find it annoying that we have to take it 3 times a day. If we could make it 2 times, it might make people's lives easier.

I’ve been on Uptravi for about six months now, and it’s been a game-changer for me. My energy levels have improved dramatically, and I can finally do things I used to do before PAH. However, the side effects have been a bit tough. I get really bad headaches sometimes, but my doctor recommended taking it with food, which helps. It's a trade-off, but one I'm willing to make for the improvements I've seen.
