I was recently prescribed Transderm-Nitro 0.1mg/hr to help manage my angina. The patch has made a big difference, but I'm worried about the side effects. Who else has used this and what was your experience? I've been dealing with some severe headaches and dizziness. Are these common, and should I be concerned about more serious issues? Did your doctor give you any tips on managing these side effects?

Don't worry too much about the headaches. It's common when you first start using it. Mine went away after a week or so. Just make sure to stay hydrated and rest when you need to.

You're not alone. This stuff is a lifesaver but comes with some nasty side effects. Just keep an eye on it. If something feels really wrong, don't hesitate to call your doctor.

I've heard some people have success with lower doses. Maybe talk to your doctor about that? It might help with the side effects.

I had a similar experience with headaches. My doctor suggested taking aspirin before applying the patch, and it helped a lot.

I've been using it for a while and honestly, it's a game-changer. The headaches and dizziness were rough at first, but they got better over time. Just make sure to communicate with your doctor and don't ignore any weird symptoms.

Have you tried switching the patch application site to avoid skin irritation? Rotating the site can really help.

Be careful, man. My grandpa had a bad reaction to this stuff. Seek medical help if you get any of those urgent symptoms.
