Theophylline 450mg ER tablets have been a game-changer for managing my COPD. However, I've read about some pretty scary side effects. Has anyone else experienced anything alarming? What are some of the best practices for managing this medication? And how frequently do you get blood tests to monitor levels? I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you have for safe usage. Let's discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly about Theophylline.

I've had some trouble sleeping and a rapid heartbeat, but my doctor said those are common and adjusted my dose. It's all about finding the right balance. Some people say they get a headache, but I have an easy time avoiding these.

I've been on Theophylline for years and it's been a lifesaver. My doctor checks my blood levels every 6 months. Just make sure to keep your doctor in the loop about any side effects.

I had to stop taking Theophylline because of some severe dizziness and fainting spells. It was terrifying. I switched to a different medication and it's been much better. If you have any of these symptoms, go to the doctor.

I've been on Theophylline for a while now and I must say, it's been a journey. Initially, I had some nausea and persistent headaches, but my doctor was able to adjust the dosage to help mitigate these side effects. The bigger side effects are rare, though, so hopefully, you don't have to deal with the serious ones.

I'm considering switching from my current medication to Theophylline. Has anyone experienced any trouble breathing or swallowing while on this med? It's scary to think about.

I had to stop taking it because of severe headaches. My asthma is better with an inhaler. But everyone is different right? I don't think this is a good choice for everyone
