Hello everyone, I've been using Eloctate 5000unit Inj for a while now to manage my Hemophilia A. I've heard from my doctor that it's supposed to last longer in the body, which would mean fewer injections. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience or if you've noticed any significant side effects. I've been a bit worried about the potential for allergic reactions. Has anyone else had a reaction like that? I'm curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience or if you've noticed any significant side effects. I'm curious, does anyone think that the extended duration of Eloctate is worth the potential risk of side effects? Did anyone else have any serious issues, and how did you handle it? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

I’ve been on Eloctate for a while and it's been okay. I haven't had any serious side effects, just a bit of fatigue sometimes. My doctor said it's normal, and it usually goes away after a day or two. But I have noticed some irritability and muscle pain. It's annoying, but I haven't found a better alternative yet. I'm looking forward to hearing how others manage

I've been using Eloctate for a few weeks and have some questions. I am a first-timer. I've had a headache since I started but it's not too bad. My doctor said it's normal. Anyone else experience headaches since switching to it? How often did yours occur and did it go away? I want to make sure it's not a sign of something more serious.

Wow, that's terrifying. You should definitely speak with a doctor if you are experiencing allergic symptoms. Hope you feel better.

I had a really bad allergic reaction to Eloctate. Felt my throat closing up and couldn't talk. Went to the ER and they had to give me a shot to stop the reaction. I won't ever go back to it. I had to switch back to my old meds and I'm not happy about it. I would definitely not recommend it.

You should give your doctor a call, they have a prescription assistance program you can sign up for. It's not a big deal.

I switched to Eloctate a few months ago and have had a couple of episodes of muscle pain. It's not too bad, but it's definitely noticeable. I also had a weird allergic reaction one time, got a rash and everything. I didn't go to the doctor, just stopped using it for a few days. It went away on its own. I don't want to stop using it permanently, though, because the reduced injection frequency has been fantastic for me. I'm just trying to figure out the best way to manage the potential side effects.

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on Eloctate. While some people swear by it, others have had pretty rough experiences with side effects. I'm thinking about switching, but I'm not sure if it's worth the risk. Has anyone had a similar experience with side effects? What did you do about it?
