I just started taking Nourianz 40mg Tablets to help manage my Parkinson's symptoms alongside my usual levodopa. I've noticed a significant reduction in 'off' time, but I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. I’ve had a few side effects including dizziness and trouble sleeping. Has anyone else experienced these? More importantly, are the benefits worth the potential drawbacks? I’ve seen the old adage 'it may help, but it may not' so I'd love to hear some real world insights. This is a drug that could change my life. My doctor did say it can help reduce 'off' time, but I’ve also read about some pretty serious potential side effects. I'm a bit concerned about things like hallucinations and uncontrollable urges. Should I be worried? Are there any tips for managing these side effects if they do occur? I'm looking to see some detailed, positive experiences, as I really want it to work well for me. I've been dealing with Parkinson's for a while now, and anything that can help improve my quality of life is worth a shot. But, I just want to make sure I'm making an informed decision.

I’ve had some trouble with uncontrollable urges, mostly related to gambling. It’s been a bit of a shock. I didn't think it would affect me like that.

How long did it take for you to see improvements? I've been on it for a week and haven't noticed much difference yet.

I was looking for a medication to help with my Parkinson’s symptoms and I discovered this from a friend who’s been using it for a couple of months. She recommended her neurologist who helped me get started on the medication. I've noticed a definite improvement in my mobility and overall quality of life. The symptoms have been managed better and I'm not as dependent on my levodopa as I used to be. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Nourianz has been a game-changer for me. I've seen a huge reduction in my 'off' time, and the side effects have been manageable so far. I've had some dizziness and trouble sleeping, but it's worth it for me. I’ve had to adjust my medication timings a bit, and make sure to take it at the same time every day and stay hydrated. It’s a bit pricey but my insurance covers most of it. Try to get started on it with the help of a specialist to get the best dosage for you.
