I've been using Clindamycin/Benzoyl Peroxide 1/5% Gel for a few weeks now, and I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. This gel combines an antibiotic (clindamycin) and benzoyl peroxide to fight acne-causing bacteria and unclog pores. I've noticed some improvement, but I'm dealing with frequent skin dryness, and a couple of flaky spots. Anyone else experiencing this? Are there any tricks to minimize the dryness? I had a terrible reaction to this gel. I got severe burning and itching at the application site. I'm not sure if it was an allergic reaction or what, but I had to stop using it immediately. It's not worth the risk for me.
