My dermatologist said to take it easy and not to travel to Hawaii or anywhere where there's a lot of sunlight after taking this medicine. Ok, Doc. Will do. But seriously, how bad is this stuff? My skin is really sensitive these days.

I love the good ol' fashioned natural light. I'm done with this UVA therapy. I'm feeling nervous and excitable, and my skin is a mess and I'm going to withdraw from this conversation.

What's your UVB therapy experience like? I'm curious how it compares. I've heard great things about it, but my doc hasn't mentioned it as an option.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who developed a skin lump after taking it for a few months. Turned out to be nothing serious, but it was still scary. Just make sure to keep an eye out for any changes in your skin.

I've had trouble sleeping since I started. I used to sleep for 10 hours, now I'm lucky if I get 6. But the redness and itching have been much better since I started using a hydrocortisone cream that my doctor recommended. I'm hoping that the lack of sleep will get better as my skin clears up.

I switched to a different treatment after experiencing severe dizziness and depression. It was scary. I think everyone's experience is different, so just go slow and stay in touch with your doc.
