I've been on Propranolol ER for a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my migraines. I did have some dizziness and drowsiness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. No serious side effects here, thankfully!
I had some stomach pain when I first started, but it went away after a week or so. If you’re having trouble, try taking it with food.
