I've been on Ramipril 10mg for about 6 months now, and I have to say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. On one hand, my blood pressure has never been better, and I've noticed a big improvement in my overall energy levels. On the other hand, I've had some pretty nasty side effects that have had me questioning whether it's worth it. I've been dealing with a constant cough, and some days I feel so dizzy I can barely stand up. I've heard from others that it gets better over time, but I'm not so sure. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Any tips on how to manage these side effects? I really don't want to give up on this medication if I don't have to, but I also don't want to feel like I'm constantly suffering. Also, has anyone else had any kidney or liver problems as a result of taking this medication? I know it's rare, but it's definitely scary to think about. I'd love to hear from anyone who's been through something similar and can offer some advice or encouragement.

I had no idea that this medication could cause liver problems. I’m going to keep an eye out for those symptoms. Thanks for sharing!

I've been on Ramipril for a while now, and while I did have some initial side effects, they eventually went away. Try to stick it out, but definitely talk to your doctor if it gets too bad.

My mom was on Ramipril and she swore by it. She had no side effects at all, but everyone’s body is different. Good luck!

I had severe nausea for about a month before it finally went away. It sucks, but it’s worth it if it saves your life.

I hope you find a way to manage those side effects. I had to switch meds because of how bad the dizziness was, but I hope that doesn't happen to you.

I’m on Ramipril too, and I haven’t had any side effects at all. It’s been a game-changer for my blood pressure.

Dizziness is a bitch. Make sure you’re hydrated and eating regularly. Sometimes that can help.

If you have kidney problems, that can be a serious side effect. You should talk to your doctor immediately if you notice any changes in your urine or sudden weight gain.
