I've been on Stelara for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my psoriasis. The injectable format has been convenient. However, I've noticed some side effects like fatigue and minor injection site irritation. Others on here have had severe reactions. What has your experience been like? What side effects, if any, have you encountered? How have you managed them? And has anyone had a positive experience with Stelara for Crohn's or UC? I'd love to compare notes.

I've been on Stelara for my psoriasis for just a few months. So far, so good. I haven't experienced any major side effects, just some mild fatigue. Knock on wood, but I'm hoping it stays that way. I’ve noticed some people talk about PRES (Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome). Is that a common concern with Stelara? I didn't notice any rare symptoms listed in the warning.

I've been on Stelara for a while now for Crohn's disease. It's been a lifesaver, but I've had some unpleasant side effects. I've experienced some muscle aches and occasional fevers. I've also had to deal with some vaginal itching and discharge. It's been manageable with the help of my doctor, but I have to keep a close eye on it. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I switched to Stelara from Humira and it's been a huge improvement. No more injection site reactions. I had a minor issue with a urinary tract infection initially, but my doctor managed it well with antibiotics. Is anyone else on this from Humira? What was your experience like?

I felt like I was walking a tightrope with this stuff. Control my psoriatic arthritis or deal with some serious potential side effects. So far, I’ve got the best of both worlds. No major issues, and my arthritis is under control.

I've had some mild injection site irritation, but nothing too bad. Just a bit of redness and soreness. It's definitely better than the pain I used to have from my psoriatic arthritis. Just be diligent about rotating injection sites and it should be fine.

I started Stelara and had some really nasty short-term side effects. The flushes and dizziness were unbearable. A doctor friend of mine said this was materially rare. What gives? Is this something that gets better with time?

I am a pharmacist and I have seen some of my patients have really great results with Stelara. However, I have also seen some severe allergic reactions which is why I always caution my patients about this drug.
