I've recently started using Apomorphine 10mg/ml Injection to manage my Parkinson's 'off' episodes. It's supposed to help quickly improve movement and reduce stiffness, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. Has anyone else used this and experienced significant issues? I want to be prepared and know what to look out for. Also, how do you administer it? I've heard it requires a specific technique. Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard it can cause some pretty intense hallucinations. Just wanted to put that out there.

Did your doctor give you any specific precautions to follow? I've had to be really careful about my diet and hydration when using this. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's manageable.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction to it and ended up in the ER. The side effects list is long and scary.

The injection site can get irritated, but it's usually not too bad. Just rotate sites and keep an eye on it. And for god's sake, don't fall asleep while using heavy machinery. I've had a few close calls there.

I have a friend who had to stop using Apomorphine because it caused him to have uncontrollable urges. It's scary to think about, but it's something to be aware of.

I've been using Apomorphine for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my 'off' episodes. The injection technique takes some getting used to, but it's worth it. Just be sure to follow the instructions closely and talk to your doctor about any concerns.

Yawns are normal, just so you know. Don't worry about those.

I had a friend who used Apomorphine and had some pretty serious side effects. He had a bad allergic reaction. I think it's important to be aware of the risks. Did you talk to your doctor about the potential for allergic reactions or other problems?
