I've been suffering from chronic migraines and my doctor recently prescribed Nurtec 75mg ODT Tablets. I've used it for a couple of weeks now, but I'm curious to hear from others who might have more experience with this medication. What's your experience with Nurtec? Did it help reduce the frequency or severity of your migraines? What do you think are the pros and cons of this medication? Also, have any of you experienced any serious side effects, or is it generally well-tolerated? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any subtle side effects or issues that might not be immediately obvious. I've noticed that it can cause some discomfort and heartburn, but is that just a normal reaction? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

It took me a couple of weeks to find the right balance of Nurtec and other medications, but since then, I've had some of the best months of my life!

I've been on Nurtec for about 6 months now, and while it has helped with the frequency of my migraines, I've noticed some weight gain. It's not significant, but it's enough to be noticeable. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't been able to find much information on it online.

This medication has been a relief for me and I can't remember the last time I had to go to the ER because of a migraine.

I think Nurtec might be causing me to react to hot food differently. I've always been able to handle spicy foods, but now it feels like my throat is on fire after eating anything remotely hot.

I was really hesitant to try Nurtec because of the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that they are rare. I'm glad I listened to her because this medication has been a lifesaver for me.

I'm really glad I found this thread. I've been worried about the heartburn I've been experiencing, and it's good to know I'm not alone. I'll definitely bring it up with my doctor.
