I've just started taking Cerdelga 84mg Capsules for Gaucher disease type 1. I've heard a lot about the side effects, and I'm a bit nervous. I'm wondering if anyone else has had either good or bad experiences with this medication. I'm also curious about how long it takes to see improvements in symptoms. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Glad to hear it's working for you! I'm starting to worry about the severe side effects mentioned in the leaflet. Has anyone experienced any of the more serious issues like an abnormal heartbeat or allergic reactions?

I've been on Cerdelga for about 6 months now, and it's been a game-changer. My spleen and liver are shrinking, and I have more energy. The side effects were pretty mild for me—just some headaches and stomach issues at the beginning. Hang in there, it gets better!

I had a bit of a rough start with Cerdelga. The first few weeks were tough with constipation and joint pain, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and it's been much better since. Stick with it, but definitely talk to your doctor if you're having trouble.

I've been lucky—I haven't had any major side effects. Just make sure to take it exactly as prescribed and keep open communication with your healthcare provider. It'll be worth it in the long run.

I switched to Cerdelga from another medication, and honestly, it's a lot easier to manage. The biggest issue I had was feeling really tired at first, but it leveled out after a month or so. Just make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body.
