Upneeq 0.1% Opth Sol Single Use 30 is an eye drop prescribed to treat acquired ptosis, a condition where the upper eyelid droops. This medication works by contracting a small muscle in the eyelid, thus lifting the eyelid and opening the eye more. I've seen some life-changing results for people with severe ptosis, but what about side effects? The FDA lists everything from dry eyes to potentially life-threatening allergic reactions. Do these side effects discourage you from trying the medication? If you or someone you know has used Upneeq, please share your experiences, and also discuss how you coped with side effects. What made the difference for you? Are you satisfied with your results?

I had a severe allergic reaction to Upneeq. I developed hives and started wheezing within minutes of using the drops. It was terrifying. I ended up in the ER, and my doctor told me to never use it again. Be careful, folks.

I'm scared to try it because of the side effects. Has anyone experienced anything unusual?

Does anyone know if Upneeq is covered by insurance? Mine didn't cover it, and it's pretty expensive.

Upneeq is a miracle! I can see so much better now, and I feel more confident. It's definitely worth the occasional dry eye.

I wish I had known about this sooner. My droopy eyelids have been a problem for years, and Upneeq has finally given me some relief.

I've been using Upneeq for a month now, and it's been amazing. My droopy eyelids are a thing of the past.
