I recently started using Adzynma 1500iu Injection Kit for my congenital TTP. It's been a game-changer in managing my symptoms, but I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. How has it worked for you? Have you experienced any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I've heard a lot about the serious side effects, but I'm more interested in the common ones and how people cope. Also, what are the long-term benefits of using this medication? Is it worth the potential risks? Let's share our experiences and support each other!

I'm still in the early stages, the injection is a bit intimidating!

If nothing else, having this medication available is such a relief. I've had TTP for years, and this year is the first where I haven't been hospitalized. It's like night and day! I am getting the shortness of breath but I have been told to tell my doctor when I have any symptoms so they can readjust my treatment if necessary.

I was really worried about the serious side effects, but so far, I've only had minor issues like a bit of dizziness and a headache here and there. I've been lucky. It's definitely worth talking to your doctor about any concerns, and don't be afraid to ask questions. My doctor was super helpful in explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.

Anyone else worried about the cost of Adzynma? It's a bit steep!

I've been on Adzynma for about six months now, and it's been a lifesaver. No more constant hospital visits for blood clots! The side effects were tough at first—mainly headaches and nausea—but they subsided after a few weeks. My doctor also recommended some over-the-counter meds to manage them.

I’ve been on Adzynma for a year now, and while it’s been effective in preventing blood clots, I did experience some serious side effects early on. I had a few episodes of severe stomach upset and vomiting, which was scary. I had to call my doctor immediately, and they advised me to stop taking the medication temporarily. After some tests and adjustments, I was able to resume it with better management of the side effects. My advice? Stay in close contact with your healthcare provider and keep track of any symptoms.
