Life-changing or overhyped? My experience with B-12 1000mcg Sublingual Tablets
I've been taking B-12 1000mcg Sublingual Tablets for about three months now, and I'm curious to hear if anyone else has tried them. I was feeling constantly tired and weak, and my doctor suggested trying these to boost my energy levels. I must say, I've noticed a significant difference in my stamina and overall well-being. If you haven't seen a difference, I'm interested to hear your side. If you're experiencing any of the side effects mentioned on the package, definitely let me know. So far, I've only had mild headaches but nothing unbearable. I have not tried anything else for B12 deficiency, so I can't really compare. I'd love to hear from others who have tried different methods of B12 supplementation. Have you found any that work better than taking pills under the tongue? Also, I'm curious if anyone knows if these tablets interact with anything. I'm on a few other meds, and I want to make sure I'm not missing any potential interactions.

I'm not a fan of how they taste but the energy boost is worth it. I'm feeling a lot better these days.
I didn't know about the sublingual tablets and was just swallowing my B12 like normal tablets. I'm going to switch and see if it helps!
I had a horrible allergic reaction to these. Swelling, rash, the works. I won't be trying B12 again anytime soon, but I will look into shots.
I've been taking them for a few days and I'm feeling headache-free and more energetic. I hope it lasts.
I switched to B12 injections and felt a big difference. Might be worth considering if the tablets aren't working for you.
I've been taking these for a while and haven't noticed any major changes. Maybe I'll give it more time.
I've been on these for a few weeks and I feels like I'm finally getting my energy back. I did have some mild joint pain, but it's bearable.
If you're not getting enough B12 from your diet, these tablets can be a lifesaver. Just make sure to talk to your doctor first.
B12 deficiency can cause some scary symptoms. I'm glad I found out about these tablets.
I tried these and got terrible stomach pain. I had to stop taking them.
