I started taking Buspar 15mg tablets about a month ago for my anxiety. I've been pretty hesitant to try medication, but my therapist suggested it and I wanted to give it a shot. I've been on Buspar for a few months now, and I feel like it's helped a bit, but I still get really anxious sometimes. I've heard that some people need a higher dose. Does anyone know if that's true?
