I've been struggling with arthritis pain for years and recently tried Arthritis Pain 0.075% Capsaicin Cream. The initial burning sensation was intense, but after a few days, it seemed to help with the pain. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. Does it work for you too? How long did it take to see results? Are there any long-term side effects? Additionally, have you found any alternative remedies that work better or in conjunction with capsaicin cream? Last, are there any precautions to take while using it, I've had some minor irritation but it's manageable, should I be worried about the long-term effects of using this cream regularly?

Has anyone tried combining this with other treatments? I'm thinking of using it with some physical therapy exercises. Could be a good combo?

Anyone tried using this with other natural remedies like turmeric or ginger? I'm curious if there are any synergistic effects.

This stuff is a lifesaver. Really wish I had tried it sooner. For those with sensitive skin, maybe start with a very small amount and see how your skin reacts. Also, consider pairing it with a gentle moisturizer to combat dryness.

The cream works great for me, but I’ve found that applying it right before bed is best. I don’t feel the initial burn as much and wake up with less pain. I do have to be careful to not get it on my face or other sensitive areas because it can cause irritation.

I personally found the burning sensation too much to handle. I switched to a different topical cream and haven't looked back. Maybe it's just not for everyone.
