Just started Tolcapone. So far, so good, but I've had some bad dreams
I've been on this for a month and I don't really notice any change in my symptoms.
The side effects can be intense, but knowing you're taking it alongside levodopa/carbidopa and it's helping should make it worth it. I think it's about knowing what you're getting into.
I had some serious muscle pain and weakness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. I think the body needs time to adjust to the medication.
This drug has been a game-changer. It cut my 'off' times in half. Sleep is a little rough at times and I've got some extra sweating, but overall, my mobility is so much better.
