I was recently prescribed Gablofen to manage my spasticity caused by multiple sclerosis. It's delivered directly into the fluid around my spinal cord using a special pump. The medicine has significantly reduced my muscle stiffness and improved movement, but I've also been dealing with some side effects. I'm curious to hear from others who have used Gablofen. How have your experiences been? What side effects have you encountered, and how have you managed them? I'd love to know if anyone has tips for coping with the more serious side effects or if there are any strategies to mitigate common issues like dizziness, drowsiness, and fatigue.

I had a really bad reaction to Gablofen. I experienced some serious side effects like hallucinations and seizures. It was scary. I had to stop using it and switch to a different medication.

Gablofen has been a lifesaver for me. I've only had mild side effects so far, nothing I can't handle. And the relief from muscle pain is amazing. It's like I can move again, and it's helped me feel like myself again.

I read about the side effects and got afraid to start it. But at the end of the day, you have to do what's best for you. I'm glad I started.

The relief from spasticity is amazing. I just need to nap way more than I used to.

I started using Gablofen after my spinal cord injury. It's helped a lot with my muscle stiffness, but I've had trouble with drowsiness. I've had to adjust my daily routine to manage it. Also, adding a bit more fiber to my diet has helped with constipation.
