I've been using Cequa 0.09% Ophthalmic Solution for a few months now, and I have to say, it's been a rollercoaster. At first, I was thrilled. My dry eyes finally felt relief, and I could see a noticeable reduction in inflammation. However, the past few weeks have been tough. I've experienced some burning and eye pain, which has made me wonder if the side effects are worth the benefits. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Or perhaps those who've had success with it can share their tips on how to minimize side effects?

This is me, lucky me has not had any side effects... Yet. But I'm very impressed so far.

Cequa really helped me too. I had dry eye for years and nothing helped until my doctor prescribed Cequa. Things really improved after a few weeks. Stay consistent with your drops. I didn't because I was lazy and the benefits didn't stick.

I've been using Cequa for about a month, and so far, so good. I've had minimal side effects, just a bit of burning at first, but it went away after a few days. I've noticed that using it consistently has really helped with my dry eyes, and I haven't had to rely on artificial tears as much. One tip: use it at night before bed. It gives your eyes time to adjust and reduces the initial burning sensation.

I'm curious if anyone has tried combining Cequa with other treatments for dry eyes, like warm compresses or fish oil supplements? I've heard that can help, but I don't know if it's safe to use with Cequa.
