I've been on Baclofen for about 6 months now, and it's been a game-changer for my multiple sclerosis symptoms. My muscles are finally relaxed, and I'm moving around so much better. But I've been reading up on the side effects and some of them are pretty scary, like hallucinations and seizures. Has anyone else experienced any of these? How did you handle it? What are some tips for managing this medication?

I'm really nervous about these potential side effects, especially since the pump needs a refill every 6 months. What's the refill process like? Is it as scary as it sounds, and how often do you need to get it checked?

I've been so worried about the risk of seizures. Has anyone had an experience with this and can give me some idea what to expect if it happens?

I've been on Baclofen intrathecal for about a year now, and it's made a world of difference for my spasticity. But the refills are a bit of a hassle. You have to go to a specialized clinic, and they have to do a whole procedure to refill the pump. It's not as scary as it sounds, but it's definitely something to prepare for. Just make sure you have a good doctor and clinic that does it regularly. My first time was a cakewalk.

I've had a couple of seizures while on Baclofen. I immediately contacted my doctor, and we adjusted my dose. Seizures are scary, but it's manageable with the right medical support. Trust your doctor.

Pretty impressive that this drug works so well for some people. I wonder how many different ways it affects the body.

I had hallucinations on Baclofen, it was terrifying. I had to lower the dose and it went away. Make sure you talk to your doctor about adjusting your dose if you experience any of these side effects. It's crucial to find the right balance.

I feel so lucky that Baclofen has worked for me. I didn't have any of the really bad side effects, but the dizziness and drowsiness were pretty intense at first. It took a few weeks to adjust, but now I'm back to normal.

I was so nervous about the pump surgery, but it was easier than I thought. The hardest part is the recovery, but it's worth it for the relief. Changing the batteries in the pump is a breeze though - it's a simple procedure and you can do it at home with a doctor's supervision.

I think it's important to remember that everyone responds differently to medications. I didn't have any issues with hallucinations, but I had some really bad problems with confusion and memory loss. Listen to your body and communicate with your doctor. This is really important.
