I've been taking Dexlansoprazole 30mg DR Capsules for about 3 months now, and I've seen a significant improvement in my acid reflux symptoms. The medicine has really helped to heal the damage in my esophagus, and I no longer experience that awful burning sensation. However, I can't shake the worry about the potential side effects. Has anyone else experienced any issues like electrolyte problems, kidney problems, or even severe skin reactions? It's scary to think about, especially since these can be life-threatening. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on the benefits, but I'd love to hear from others who have been on this medication for a while. Here's to hoping we can all find the right balance!

I've been on Dexlansoprazole for over a year now, and I've had no major side effects. Just the occasional headache, but honestly, it's worth it for the relief it brings. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with acid reflux.

Have any of you had trouble with kidney problems? I'm starting to get really worried about that. I know it’s rare, but it’s hard not to think about.

I stopped taking Dexlansoprazole because of the severe diarrhea. It was not worth the constant worry. I ended up seeing my doctor more frequently when I was on this medication. i thought the effects were worth it but the risks ended up being too high for me.

I took Dexlansoprazole for a couple of months and it worked wonders for my heartburn. However, I started experiencing some weird muscle cramps and weakness. I stopped taking it and talked to my doctor, who suggested trying a different PPI. I wish I would have known about the electrolyte problems earlier.
