Rixubis 2000 IU Injection is a game-changer for people with hemophilia B. It replaces the missing Factor IX protein, which is crucial for proper blood clotting. I've been on it for a few years now, and it's honestly made a world of difference in managing my bleeding episodes. However, the side effects are no joke especially the rash/hives! I've had some pretty scary moments. I've heard stories from others about kidney problems, blood clots, and even allergic reactions. It's crucial to stay vigilant and know the signs. Has anyone else had any major issues, or am I just unlucky?

Has anyone had issues with the medication becoming less effective over time? I've noticed that my bleeding episodes are becoming more frequent, and I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or if the medication is losing its potency.

I've been on Rixubis for over five years and haven't had any major side effects. Just the occasional headache and some irritation at the injection site. With something as serious as hemophilia, the benefits definitely outweigh the minor discomforts I've experienced.

I had a bad reaction to Rixubis. I had a fever rash, and hives, it was scary. Slightly swollen throat. I switched to a different medication and it was much better.

I get a burning sensation a bit after the injection sometimes. Not sure if I have to worry about it.

It's crazy how something that can save your life in the long run can be so dangerous in the short term. Did anyone have to switch treatments?
