I've recently started using Enoxaparin 300mg/3ml Inj to prevent blood clots after a surgery. It's a bit daunting dealing with injections, but I know it's necessary. I've been reading up on the side effects, and some of them are quite scary. I'm curious if anyone else has had experience with this medication and if you have any tips for managing it. Specifically, I'd love to hear about your experiences with the injection site reactions and how you handled them. Also, I'm particularly worried about the neurological symptoms listed. Has anyone here experienced anything like that? How did you cope? For those who have used this before, how serious were the side effects? Were there any unexpected issues? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on Enoxaparin for a few weeks now, and the injection sites can be pretty sore. I found that using a numbing cream before the injection helps a lot. Just be careful not to apply it too close to the injection site.

I've heard that Enoxaparin can cause some really serious side effects, but I've also heard that it's very effective. Has anyone had any really bad experiences with it?

I've been doing self-injections for a while now and I've found that using an ice pack before the injection helps a lot with the pain. Just make sure to wrap it in a towel first so you don't freeze your skin!

I've had Enoxaparin and found the nausea to be the worst part. Made me feel awful. Anyone find something that helps with that?
