I've been prescribed Avapro 75mg Tablets to manage my high blood pressure and protect my kidneys due to type 2 diabetes. It's been a few months now, and I've had mixed experiences. The medication has definitely helped lower my blood pressure, but I've also experienced some side effects like dizziness. I'm curious to hear from others who have been on this medication. How have you managed the side effects? Have you had any severe reactions? I'm also interested in knowing if anyone has switched to a different medication and how that went. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! On a positive note, my doctor has been very supportive and has monitored my progress closely. I suppose having a good healthcare team makes a big difference. Avapro has been a big lifestyle change, and I'm still working on getting used to it. I'm hopeful that with time and the right adjustments, it will be a manageable part of my health regimen. I'm particularly interested in hearing from others who have experience managing blood pressure and kidney health, and who have advice on how to manage these medications effectively. Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights.

Make sure to keep hydrated, especially in hot weather. And don’t forget to urinate regularly. It helps flush out the kidneys and makes the medication work better. Avoid driving until you know how the medication affects you. You can also keep a log of your symptoms and share it with your doctor. If the dizziness persists, talk to your doctor. He/She will be a great help.

I've been on Avapro for two years now and it's made a world of difference. My kidney function has improved, and my blood pressure is under control. I did have some initial dizziness, but it was manageable. Keep a log of your symptoms and share it with your doctor. If the dizziness persists, talk to your doctor. There may be changes in your dosage. Cut down on salt and process foods to help with blood pressure, a diabetic diet is a good way to go.

I had severe dizziness when I started taking it, but my doctor told me it would go away. Stay hydrated and take it easy for the first few weeks. Remember that side effects are manageable. Just keep monitoring yourself and report any issues to your doctor. He/She will be a great help.

I've been on Avapro for a year now and it's definitely helped with my blood pressure. I did experience some dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Make sure to stay hydrated and avoid any sudden movements, especially when standing up. Your doctor should provide you with a proper regimen.

I'm all for natural remedies. Has anyone tried combining Avapro with lifestyle changes like diet and exercise?

What if severe side effects occur? What should be the immediate action? Just want to be prepared.

I had no idea Avapro could help with kidney issues. I thought it was just for blood pressure. Thanks for sharing!

Has anyone had to deal with kidney problems while on this medication? I'm nervous about that aspect.
