I have recently started taking Ocaliva 10mg Tablets for Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) after my other medication didn't work effectively. I'm looking for insight from others who have taken Ocaliva and experienced similar side effects. I want to understand how you managed them and if there are any tips or tricks that could help make this journey easier. Has anyone experienced severe itching and other side effects? How did you cope with these? I am documenting my experience with Ocaliva, both the good and the bad, to help others who might be starting out on this medication.

I am hoping to hear from anyone who has had any success or any adverse effects using this drug. Please share your stories!

This drug has been a lifesaver. I had severe itching, but it turned out it was due to a different medication. I switched, and it's been smoother sailing.

I had a really bad reaction to Ocaliva. My doctor said it was a rare allergic reaction. Stay vigilant with your symptoms, and report them to your doctor.

I've been on Ocaliva for about six months now. The first few months were tough due to severe itching, but my doctor prescribed some topical creams and it's much more manageable now. Stick with it! I promise the side-effects ease with time.

Don't forget to keep an eye on your thyroid. My doctor wanted me to be on top of it.

I made a mistake and missed a few doses because I felt so tired all the time. My doctor explained that this can make the medication less effective, so I'm really careful about dosing now.

I just started Ocaliva, and I'm really hoping it works for me. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard. Is anyone willing to share their progress stories to help me stay motivated?

Ocaliva has been a game-changer for me. I've had fewer flare-ups since I started taking it, plus the itching isn't so bad that I can't sleep at night.
