I've been prescribed Revatio 20mg Tablets for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. How has it improved your ability to exercise and manage your symptoms? I've heard about some serious side effects, so I'm also interested in any tips for minimizing risks and dealing with mild side effects like flushing or headaches. Has anyone had issues with priapism and if so, how did you handle it? I'd appreciate any advice or shared experiences!

I had no idea about the serious side effects until I started reading about them. I'm glad I'm aware now, but it's a bit scary. Just keep an eye out and stay safe, everyone.

I've had some issues with nosebleeds, which is weird. But overall, I think it's helping. Just keep an eye out for any serious symptoms and talk to your doctor regularly.

For the headaches, I find that taking an over-the-counter pain reliever helps. And for the flushing, just wear layers so you can adjust as needed. It's all about managing what you can!

I had a really bad allergic reaction when I first started. But I stuck with it because the alternative was worse. Just be prepared for anything, I guess.

Be careful with the priapism thing. It's scary stuff. I spoke to my partner and she knew what to do if it happened. Always keep the lines of communication open with your doctor and loved ones!

Just started today, and wow, the flushing is intense. But I'm hoping it gets better. Any tips for dealing with it? Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences!

I wish I could say the same. I've had some intense headaches and flushing. It's tough, but my doctor said it's a sign the meds are working. Guess I'll just tough it out.
