I've been prescribed Tenoretic 100 Tablets for my high blood pressure. It's a combination of atenolol and chlorthalidone, and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. How has it worked for you? Have you experienced any of the side effects listed, like dizziness, nausea, or more serious ones? I'm especially concerned about the potential for fluid and electrolyte problems, heart-related risks, or lupus risks. Any advice on managing these side effects or tips for living with this medication would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've heard Tenoretic can cause low blood pressure. Has anyone else struggled with this, or is it just an exaggeration. If I feel dizzy, I just have some salted nuts and crackers, that usually helps me feel better, and the dizziness goes away. I think that's mainly because of the diuretic part of the medication, so it's normal to experience some salt loss. Just try to add a bit more salt to your diet and you should be fine. Anyway, it's been working for me so far. I just need to be careful and not overdo it.

I had no idea Tenoretic could cause such serious side effects. I'm glad I found this thread—now I know what to watch out for. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks, and so far, I haven't had any major issues. I'll definitely keep an eye on my symptoms and talk to my doctor if anything feels off.

I've been on Tenoretic for a few months now, and it's really helped lower my blood pressure. I did experience some dizziness at first, but it went away after a couple of weeks. Just make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body. Also maybe avoid suddenly standing up from a sitting position, because it may make it worse. The key for me was to take it consistently and follow my doctor's advice. So far, so good!

I've been on Tenoretic for a while, and it's been a game-changer. I had to deal with some nausea and constipation at first, but those side effects went away. It's important to stay active and eat a balanced diet while on this medication. I've also heard that alcohol can interfere with how this med works, so be careful with that. Sorry, I couldn't help but share my wisdom here. I've found that regular check-ups with my doctor have been crucial. My doctor monitors my blood pressure and kidney function closely. I think the most annoying part for me was frequent urination, but that was to be expected. Anyway, keep us posted on how you are doing, and feel free to ask more questions.

This thread is so helpful. I've been looking for more info on Tenoretic, and hearing everyone's experiences is really reassuring. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for those serious side effects and make sure to stay on top of my check-ups. Thanks for sharing your stories, everyone! So far, the medication has been working well for me.
