I've been using Nitrolingual Pump Spray for a while to manage my angina, and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. It's been a game-changer for me in terms of quickly relieving chest pain, but I've also had some side effects that I wasn't expecting. Has anyone else experienced dry mouth and excessive sweating? I know these are listed as possible side effects, but I was hoping to hear from others about how they managed these issues. Also, I'm interested in knowing if anyone has had to seek medical attention for more severe side effects like severe dizziness or fainting. What was that experience like? And how did your doctor handle it? Any tips on managing the side effects or general advice would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you're not using more than the prescribed amount. I had a friend who ended up with a nasty headache for days because he overdid it. Always follow the doctor's advice and don't self-medicate.

I've had to use this spray a few times when I had severe chest pain, I didn't notice any major side effects. I think it's a good medication. However, I did notice it made me feel extremely weak and tired for a short period of time.

I've had great luck with Nitrolingual. I definitely felt some tingling and burning sensation in my mouth at first, but it went away after a few uses. I haven't had any severe side effects, thankfully.

I can't believe how quickly this stuff works! I was at the grocery store, started feeling that tightness, sprayed it under my tongue, and within a minute, I felt better. Definitely a lifesaver.

I've heard that nitro-based meds can cause a lot of side effects, but if they're managing your angina, it might be worth enduring the dry mouth and sweating. Maybe try drinking lots of water and keeping a fan around?

I've had a similar experience with the Nitrolingual spray. It works well for my chest pain, but I've definitely noticed the dizziness. I find that sitting down and taking a few deep breaths helps me avoid fainting. It's a bit inconvenient, but better than the chest pain for sure.

I'm glad it's working for you, but please be extremely careful. I've seen someone who suffered from chest pain who ignored the symptoms. He ended up with a heart attack.

I've been on it for a few months now, and while it does help with the angina, I've noticed that my blood pressure has dropped a bit. I had to adjust my other meds to compensate. It's been a bit of a hassle, but worth it to avoid the chest pain.

I experienced severe nausea and vomiting after using Nitrolingual Pump Spray for the first time. It was terrifying, and I ended up in the ER. My doctor said it was a rare but serious reaction and switched me to a different medication. If you ever feel something extremely wrong, don't hesitate to go to the hospital.
