I've been prescribed Liqrev 10mg/ml Oral Susp 122ml for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. How has it affected your breathing and exercise ability? What side effects have you experienced, and how did you manage them? I've heard about some serious side effects, so I'm particularly interested in knowing if anyone has dealt with those. Also, how does the medication taste? I've read that it can be quite unpleasant. Any tips for making it more palatable would be appreciated. I'm looking forward to hearing your experiences and any advice you might have.

I had a bit of a scare with and erection lasting way too long. I felt like my world was over. I had to call my doctor right away, but the good news is it went away. I need to be careful, though, and I think it may be time to find something else.

I had a scare with a really bad allergic reaction after taking Liqrev. I developed hives and had trouble breathing. I had to go to the ER and haven’t used it. I have severe enough symptoms that I need to find something else.

I've had some issues with nausea and vomiting, and it's been pretty rough. My doctor suggested taking it with food, which helped a bit, but it's still a struggle. I'm not sure how much longer I can continue with this medication.

Has anyone experienced any hearing changes? I've been wondering if it's a side effect since my hearing started getting weird after I began taking Liqrev. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but it's got me worried. This is really serious.

Liqrev has been a game-changer for me. I've noticed a significant improvement in my breathing and energy levels. The most common side effects I've experienced are flushing and headaches, which usually go away after a few doses. It does taste terrible, so I mix it with a small amount of juice to make it more bearable.

Great to hear your positive experience. I've been on Liqrev for a couple of months now, and while it's helped with my PAH symptoms, I've experienced some pretty bad muscle pain. I'm hoping this will lessen over time.

I've been on Liqrev for a while and have had no serious side effects, thankfully. But I did have a really bad nosebleed a few weeks in. I've had to be more careful since then, but overall, it's been manageable. I have to run it by my doctor, but I don’t want to stop using it.

This thread makes me wonder if any of you have had any good luck with alternatives to this medication. I’m having a hard time, and I don’t think I can keep going this way. Any suggestions?

I’ve heard some people say it works well, but I find it hard to believe. Anyone want to trade notes about actual improvement or just a placebo effect?

Seriously, the taste is the worst. I tried mixing it with apple sauce and it was a disaster. Maybe try mixing it with a stronger flavored juice like pineapple. But be careful, the mix can still be hard to swallow.
