The patches have been a lifesaver for me, but I did experience some extreme fatigue, more than usual. I had to cut back on a few activities, but the pain relief was worth it. It's important to listen to your body and adjust as needed.
I've been on these patches for a few months now, and while they help with the pain, the drowsiness and constipation have been rough. My doctor prescribed some stool softeners, which helped a bit. It's just hard to balance the pain relief with the side effects.
