I was recently prescribed Anoro Ellipta for my COPD and I'm looking for tips for using this inhaler. I want to know what to expect and need good tips on managing it. If you've been on it, what advice can you share about getting the most out of it? I don't want to use it incorrectly and I've been reading about some scary side effects. Please share any tips you have on managing it; it would be much appreciated.

I’ve had a few scares with severe stomach upset and vomiting, but my doctor said it may just be the medication side effects. It should get better soon. But it's good to know I'm not alone with this struggle!

I was so scared when I first started using it because of all the side effects, but I've been fine so far. Just be cautious, and if you experience any serious side effects, seek medical help right away. Personally, I've found it to be really helpful in managing my COPD.

It's not a rescue inhaler, so don't rely on it for sudden attacks. I made that mistake and ended up in the ER. Stick to your rescue inhaler for sudden symptoms and use this one daily to manage your COPD.

Seriously, though, the rashes! I had a pretty bad reaction and didn’t realize it was a side effect at first. Be mindful, and if you notice anything unusual, talk to your doctor right away!
