I've been on Cyclosporine for a few years now due to a kidney transplant, and I've dealt with some of the side effects listed. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced any of these symptoms and how they coped with them. I've noticed changes in my eyesight and have had some dizziness and fatigue. I also wanted to bring up the serious side effects and see if anyone has had to deal with something more severe. Please share your experiences and any advice you might have.

My friend was on Cyclosporine and developed severe liver issues. It was scary, but with immediate medical attention, we managed to stabilize the situation. Keep an eye out for those dark urine and yellow skin signs—trust me.

It's important to remember that everyone reacts differently to medications. Don't be afraid to voice your concerns to your doctor. They can adjust your dosage or switch you to something else if the side effects are too much to handle.

I've heard about the serious brain issues like PML and PRES. How common are these, and how do you monitor for them? I'm a bit paranoid about it, to be honest.

I started taking Cyclosporine for my psoriasis, and it's made a huge difference. I had some initial nausea and vomiting, but those symptoms disappeared after a few weeks. I had to monitor my kidney function regularly to make sure the medication wasn't causing any issues. Regular check-ups with the doctor and frequent blood tests are a must, but overall it has been beneficial.
