Living with Fabry Disease: My Experience with Fabrazyme 5mg Inj, 1vial
I was recently diagnosed with Fabry disease and started treatment with Fabrazyme 5mg Inj, 1vial. This medicine has been a game-changer for me, but I'm still learning about its side effects and overall impact. I've noticed some improvements, but I'm also experiencing a few of the less common side effects. Has anyone else dealt with infusion reactions or other unusual symptoms? How have you managed them? Also, I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced any long-term benefits or drawbacks from using this medication. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I wish I could say the same. I've had some really bad side effects, including hearing loss. It's been a struggle. Make sure you report any unusual symptoms to your doctor ASAP.
I've had a bit of anxiety since starting this treatment. Anyone else? How did you handle it?
I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like the muscle spasms are getting worse. Anyone else experiencing that?
I see a lot of people complaining about side effects, but I'm curious - how many people here have actually seen improvements in their organs? I'm not seeing much difference yet.
I wish there was more awareness about Fabrazyme and Fabry disease in general. It's so rare, it feels like no one understands what I'm going through. I wish the company would make more outreach efforts to the community.
