I was recently prescribed Vpriv 400unit Inj, 1 Vial for my Gaucher disease type 1. I've been getting these infusions every two weeks, and I've noticed some improvements in my symptoms, like a reduced enlarged spleen and better blood counts. However, I've also experienced some side effects, mainly joint pain and dizziness. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm curious to know how others are managing these side effects and if there are any tips or tricks to make the infusions more bearable. I've also had some questions about the long-term effects of this treatment, and I'd love to hear from anyone who has been on Vpriv for a while. Thanks for sharing your stories and advice!

If you're experiencing back pain, try some gentle stretches before and after the infusion. It might help alleviate some of the discomfort.

I've had terrible experience with allergic reactions to this drug. I had to stop taking it. I think doctors should be more careful while prescribing this.

What really helps me is to stay hydrated and rest the day of the infusion. It makes the dizziness less intense.

I wish the infusions didn't have to be every two weeks. It's a pain to schedule and travel.

Has anyone else noticed changes in their energy levels? I'm usually pretty tired after the infusion...

I feel like the joint pain is worth it for the relief it brings to other symptoms. I've found that taking ibuprofen before my infusion helps a lot with the joint pain.

I've only had minor side effects like upset stomach, which is manageable. I hope the severity of symptoms will improve over time. Keep strong everyone
