I was diagnosed with hypophosphatasia (HPP) a few years ago, and it's been a rollercoaster. My doctor prescribed Strensiq 28mg/0.7ml injections to help manage the condition. I've been using it for about a year now, and I've had varying experiences. The injections have definitely helped strengthen my bones, but the side effects can be tough to deal with. I've had some mild reactions at the injection site, but nothing too severe. I'm curious to hear from others who are taking Strensiq. What has your experience been like? How do you cope with the side effects? Are there any tips or tricks you've found helpful?

I've been lucky with Strensiq—I haven't had any major side effects. But I still have to be careful with the injections. Anyone have any tips for making the injections less painful?

I had a really bad allergic reaction to Strensiq. I had hives all over my body, and it was terrifying. I had to go to the ER, and they told me to stop taking it. I'm so glad I didn't ignore the symptoms.

I've had some pretty severe side effects from Strensiq, and I've been trying to figure out if it's worth it. It's a difficult decision, and I wish I had more information about the long-term effects.

I've been on Strensiq for a while now, and I've had to deal with some changes in urine output. It's been really frustrating, and I wish there was more information out there about how to manage it.

I had no idea Strensiq could cause vision changes. That's crazy. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for that.

I've had some really bad reactions at the injection site—thick skin and lumps. It's scary, and I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this?

If you're worried, talk to someone who's been on Strensiq and found a way to overcome the side effects. Initially, I was really scared of the side effects of Strensiq, but I found a lot of helpful advice by talking to people online.

I've been on Strensiq for about two years now, and it's been a life-changer. My bones are much stronger, and I can finally do some of the activities I love again. The injection sites can get a bit irritated, but it's worth it for the improvement in my quality of life.

I've been on Strensiq for a few months now, and I've noticed some changes in my skin color at the injection site. I'm not sure if it's something to worry about, but it's definitely noticeable. It's a bit annoying.

I just started Strensiq a few months ago, and I'm already feeling some improvement. But I have to say, the instructions for using it are a bit confusing. Does anyone have a simple breakdown of the steps? Myself and my doctors are still trying to figure it out.
