I was recently prescribed Uptravi 1800mcg Injection, 1ml for my Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). I've been managing with it for a few weeks now, and while it's been a big help with my breathing, I've also encountered some side effects. I'm curious to hear from others who might be on the same treatment plan. How have you found the experience? Any tips for managing the side effects? I've been dealing with some headaches and flushing, but overall, it's been manageable. Looking forward to hearing other people's stories and advice on how to handle the ups and downs of this medication. How has it affected your ability to exercise and daily activities?

I’ve found that staying hydrated helped with the flushing. Maybe it’s just me, but I noticed a big difference.

Be careful with the injection sites. I've had some issues with pain and redness, but rotating the sites helped a lot. Just make sure to keep track of where you inject.

I've found that keeping a journal of my side effects and symptoms has been extremely helpful. It makes it easier to communicate with my doctor and track any changes.

Uptravi has been a game-changer for me. I can finally go for walks again without feeling like I'm going to pass out. It's a bit of a hassle with the injections, but so worth it!

I've been on Uptravi for about a year now. The injection form was a bit of a adjustment, but it's made a huge difference in my ability to breathe. I had some initial trouble with muscle pain, but it subsided after a few weeks.

Do any of you have tips on managing the jaw pain? It’s the worst part for me.
