I started taking Prezista 600mg (Darunavir) a few months ago as part of my HIV treatment regimen. I was initially quite nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones mentioned in the prescription. So far, I've had a mix of experiences. I wanted to share my journey and hear from others who might be going through the same thing. Has anyone else had any unexpected side effects or challenges with Prezista 600mg? I'm curious to know if anyone has tips on managing the more common side effects like diarrhea and stomach pain. I've also been wondering if anyone has noticed changes in body fat or experienced any severe reactions. Let's share our stories and support each other!

I had a mild rash when I started, but it went away. My doctor said to watch out for any severe skin reactions and go to the ER if anything unusual shows up. Scared the hell out of me, but it’s good to be on the safe side.

I had a really hard time with the stomach pain at first. My doctor recommended taking it with a high-fat meal, and that really helped. Also, plenty of water and ginger tea if you feel nauseous. It's a game-changer!

Has anyone had any severe skin reactions? I’ve heard horror stories and it’s been keeping me up at night. How would Prezista be more likely to manifest severe skin reactions in my case?

I'm really glad you're sharing this. I just started taking Prezista and was worried about the side effects. It's comforting to know others are going through the same thing and managing okay.

I noticed some changes in body fat, but my doctor said it’s common with protease inhibitors. Regular exercise and a balanced diet seem to help.

I've been on Prezista for over a year now and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional headache, which is manageable. I think it's important to keep an open dialogue with your doctor about any concerns you have.
