Watch out for those rashes. I had a friend who took a different medication for PAH and ended up with severe skin irritation. It was awful to see. They had to stop taking the medication and switch to something else.

I had an allergic reaction to Uptravi 1600mcg initially, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and it helped a bit. The hope is that eventually, it will control my symptoms.
