Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) is a challenging condition, but medications like Uptravi (selexipag) have made a significant difference. Uptravi 1600mcg tablets have been a game-changer for me, reducing the pressure on my lungs and making breathing easier. By relaxing and widening blood vessels, Uptravi helps my heart pump blood more efficiently, which has improved my breathing and exercise ability. The journey hasn't been easy though, managing the side effects, and staying consistent with the medication. I’ve found that understanding the possible side effects has been crucial in managing my health effectively. Knowing when to seek medical attention and what to look out for has given me peace of mind. I would like to hear from others who have similar experiences, or any tips on dealing with the side effects.

It’s good to know that some people have had success with Uptravi. My doctor recommended it, but I’ve been putting off starting because I’m worried about the side effects. This thread gives me hope. I think I’ll give it a try

Watch out for those rashes. I had a friend who took a different medication for PAH and ended up with severe skin irritation. It was awful to see. They had to stop taking the medication and switch to something else.

Uptravi has been a lifesaver for me. I can actually walk up the stairs without feeling winded. It’s a huge improvement from where I was before. I’ve also found that eating smaller, more frequent meals helps with the upset stomach. Anyone else dealing with that?

I’ve been on Uptravi for about a year now, and it’s definitely helped with my PAH symptoms. The main side effect I’ve noticed is headaches, but they’re manageable with over-the-counter pain relievers. How often do you experience headaches with it?

I’m glad to hear that Uptravi has helped so many people. It’s amazing how this medication can make such a big difference in quality of life. If anyone has advice on managing flushing, I’d love to hear it.

I had an allergic reaction to Uptravi 1600mcg initially, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and it helped a bit. The hope is that eventually, it will control my symptoms. Still, I have to monitor closely for any adverse effects. I think it’s better than nothing at all. But let’s not forget to stay vigilant: if you experience any severe symptoms, go to the doctor ASAP. Don’t wait to see if it gets worse.
