I was prescribed Oxycontin 60mg Controlled Release Tablets for managing severe, chronic pain. This medicine has been a lifesaver, providing continuous relief for my 12-hour cycle. However, I've experienced some side effects like dizziness and constipation. Has anyone else had similar issues, or are there any tips for managing these side effects? I'm also curious about the long-term effects on sex hormone levels, as I've heard this can be a concern. Any insights from those who have been on this medication for a while?

I've been on Oxycontin for a few years now, and while it helps with the pain, the side effects can be tough. I've found that a high-fiber diet helps with the constipation.

I've had absolutely no issues with Oxycontin. It's a miracle drug for me. But I do follow my doctor's instructions to the T.

I had a doctor explain the drug to me and it made me more comfortable. It’s a serious medication, but it can manage my pain effectively if I follow the directions.

I was so nervous about taking this medication, but my doctor assured me that if I follow the dosage correctly, the risks are minimized. Trust your doctor, but stay informed!

Serotonin syndrome is something to be aware of if you're taking other meds. I had to switch out a few of my other prescriptions to avoid this risk.

I wish more people talked about the impact on sex hormone levels. It's a real issue, and it's not something to brush off.

I've had no issues with sex hormone levels, but I do experience mood swings. It's been tough, but I'm managing.
