I've used Locoid for a while and I always make sure to wash my hands thoroughly after applying it. This has helped me avoid any irritation or dryness.
I've used Locoid for a while now, and it's been a lifesaver for my dermatitis. I didn't experience any severe side effects, but I did notice some itching at the application site when I first started. Talk to your doctor if you're worried about the dryness.
I think Locoid worked well for me, but I also combined it with a moisturizer. It seems to help counteract the dryness.
