I've been using Locoid Lipo 0.1% Cream for my eczema, and it's been a mixed bag. At first, it seemed to help with the itching and redness, but I've started to notice some worrying side effects. I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. Has anyone else experienced severe side effects like high blood sugar or signs of a weak adrenal gland? I'm starting to wonder if the benefits outweigh the risks. I've been using this for a while and the cream sometimes causes a painful burning sensation, often when I apply it. Has anyone else experienced this?

I actually just stopped using this because I started getting headaches and my skin was thinning on the application site. I thought it could have been something else at first but the symptoms faded when I stopped using.

I've only used this for a short period, but I've noticed some irritation at the site of application. I'm going to keep an eye on it and maybe consult my doctor if it gets worse, I'm actually going to see if there are any more cost-effective alternatives.

I've experienced the burning sensation too. It's not pleasant, but I've found that applying the cream to the really affected areas helps alleviate the discomfort. You can always speak to a doctor about it, but I've just put up with this for the most part.

I think I've been lucky, I haven't experience any of these side effects besides the initial burning after application, and I only used it once.

I think the side effects are worth it if it helps your skin. I would already try making lifestyle changes (diet, shower soap) before changing any treatment.

Did you try any other steroid creams for eczema?, I think that because this is a mild steroid, it can be easily overwhelmed by the skin.

This thread just reminded me of the importance of reading all the potential side effects before using any new medication. I've had good luck with it, but I am worried now.
