I've been using Chlorpheniramine 12mg CR Tablets for a few weeks now to manage my allergies, and I'm really impressed with how long they last. I only have to take them twice a day, and my symptoms stay at bay. However, I've been feeling quite sleepy, which is a bit of a hassle. Has anyone else experienced this side effect? Also, I'm curious about other side effects people might have encountered. Has anyone had any serious reactions? I want to be prepared just in case and want to know if I need to be concerned or if there are some best practices or tips for mitigating the less serious side effects. I've also noticed that my prescription doesn't list every possible side effect, has anyone found other side effects listed elsewhere?

I’ve had no side effects at all! Just make sure to follow the dosage instructions and you should be fine.
I switched to this CR version and it’s made a huge difference! No more sneezing fits at work. Worth the occasional grogginess, in my opinion.
I think these are great for occasional use, but I wouldn’t want to rely on them long-term. Always good to consult with a doctor first.
I felt really groggy at first so I started taking them before bed and now I feel totally fine in the morning.
I've been on these for a while too, and the sleepiness is definitely a thing. I take mine before bed to avoid daytime drowsiness.
Be careful with these if you have to drive or operate heavy machinery. The sleepiness can hit you unexpectedly.
I had a weird rash after taking these for a week. Turns out I was allergic to something in the ingredients. Always good to double-check with a doctor.
I’ve never had any serious side effects, but I always keep an eye out just in case. Better safe than sorry!
Has anyone tried taking these with other allergy meds? I’m not sure if it’s safe to mix them.
