I've started using Lonsurf 20mg/8.19mg Tablets 60s for advanced colorectal cancer. It combines trifluridine and tipiracil and it's helped slow down the spread of cancer cells. My doc said it interferes with the cancer cells' growth. However, I've been experiencing some side effects. I'm curious about others' experiences and any tips on managing the side effects. I want to know is there anything I can do about the hair loss I've been experiencing. I've also had some stomach pain and changes in taste. Has anyone else gone through this? Also, I'm worried about the severe side effects list. Are these common? Any advice would be great.

I'm glad I found this thread. I just started Lonsurf and was feeling a bit overwhelmed. It's reassuring to know that others are going through the same thing. Let's keep sharing our experiences and supporting each other.

I am also experiencing changes in taste. It's weird—the taste of my favorite foods have changed. Weird side effect. Has anyone found any recipes that still taste OK?

I've been on Lonsurf for a few months now. I had some hair loss and fatigue, but it was manageable. My oncologist recommended some anti-nausea meds that helped a lot with stomach issues. Just remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body. Use sunscreen to avoid irritation of skin because it might become sensitive.

My main side effect is fatigue. I have to take naps during the day, which I'm not used to. But I think it's a small price to pay if it's keeping my cancer at bay. I also take some stool softeners to help with the diarrhea.

I didn't know about the electrolyte problems. I'll definitely keep an eye out for those symptoms. Thanks for sharing your experiences, everyone. It's really helpful to know what others are going through.
