I recently started taking Lyrica 100mg capsules for nerve pain and wanted to share my experience. Pregabalin is supposed to help calm overactive nerve signals and has been pretty effective, but I've also noticed some side effects. I've read about the serious side effects, like allergic reactions and suicidal thoughts, but I'm more curious about the common ones. Has anyone else experienced things like dizziness, drowsiness, or weight gain? How have you managed these side effects? Are there any tips for coping with the more common ones while still getting the pain relief we need?

I've been on Lyrica for a couple of years now, and the side effects have been pretty manageable. I've noticed weight gain, but it's not too bad. The drowsiness is a bit annoying, but I've found that taking it at night helps. Overall, it's been a good experience for me.

So true, the side effects are real but manageable. Just keep your doctor in the loop. They might be able to adjust your dosage or switch you to another medication if the side effects are too harsh.

I stopped taking it because of the suicidal thoughts. It was scary and my doctor wasn't really helping. I ended up switching to another medication and I'm so much better off.

I totally agree with staying hydrated. It helped me a lot with the dizziness and fatigue. Also, I noticed that eating small, frequent meals helped with the upset stomach and joint pain.

Pregabalin has been amazing for my nerve pain, but the side effects are no joke. The dizziness and drowsiness were terrible at first, but I've found that taking it at night and staying hydrated has helped a lot. Definitely talk to your doctor if you're experiencing any serious side effects.

Lyrica has been a lifesaver for me. The side effects are annoying, but the relief from nerve pain is worth it. I've had some dizziness and drowsiness, but it's manageable. Just be careful and talk to your doctor if something feels off.

I've been on Lyrica for a few months now, and the dizziness was definitely a challenge at first. I found that taking it at night and gradually increasing my dosage helped a lot. Also, staying hydrated and eating frequently really helped with the drowsiness and fatigue. It's worth mentioning that I did gain some weight, but it was manageable with some adjustments to my diet.
