I recently started taking M-Natal Plus Tablets as I am trying to conceive and I wanted to get some insight on what to expect. I've been taking them for about a month now, and while I haven't had any serious issues, I did notice some mild side effects. For those who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, I'd love to hear about your experiences with M-Natal Plus. Are there any side effects I should be particularly aware of? Are there benefits I haven't experienced yet?

I needed to increase my iron levels, and this helped a lot. No side effects at all. I think all pregnant women should be taking it.

I had stomach cramps and fever, and that was scary. I went to the hospital, and they told me to discontinue. I should've looked for reviews before starting this.

I'm trying to conceive and just started taking these. What else should I be doing to ensure I get enough nutrients, besides taking these tablets?

M-Natal Plus has been a game-changer for me. I started taking them when I was trying to conceive, and I've continued throughout my pregnancy. I haven't experienced any serious side effects, just some mild stomach issues. It's worth it for the peace of mind knowing I'm getting all the necessary nutrients.

I have been reading about the potential side effects and I am more worried now. I might just stick to my prenatal vitamins I was already taking.

I took M-Natal Plus during my pregnancy and experienced some heartburn, but overall, I feel like it was worth it. I didn't have any issues with anemia or neural tube defects, and my baby was born healthy. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is pregnant or trying to conceive.

I had terrible constipation and change in stool color. It was really gross, and I honestly thought I was going to give up on these pills. But then I switched my diet to include more fiber and it got better.

I think what worked for me was drinking plenty of water. I have always been anemic, and these tablets really helped
