I started taking Magnesium 500mg Tablets a few weeks ago to deal with my chronic constipation and occasional acid reflux. I've heard they can also help with magnesium deficiency, which I might have due to my diet. So far, they've been effective, but I've experienced some diarrhea, which is a bit inconvenient. However, the constipation and reflux have improved significantly. I'm just trying to figure out if this is a side effect worth dealing with or if there's a better way to manage it. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what did you do?

I have found that magnesium makes me feel really bloated sometimes, but it does help with my muscle cramps. I'll stick with it for now because the benefits outweigh the negatives for me.

I've been using it for acid reflux too. It works wonders. I just make sure to take it with food. If you're getting diarrhea, try finding a different formulation that suits you better.

I've been taking magnesium for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my constipation. Don't forget to drink plenty of water! The diarrhea thing sucks, but it got better over time for me. Try increasing your water intake

Diarrhea can be a common side effect, especially if you take too much. Try lowering your dosage and see if that helps. Always consult with a doctor before making any changes.

Just be careful if you have any kidney issues. Magnesium can be tough on the kidneys if you're not careful.

My friend's doctor recommended taking magnesium for restless legs. It's amazing how many benefits this stuff has!

I take magnesium every night before bed and it helps with both constipation and sleep. It's great for muscle relaxation too. I haven't had any bad side effects.

It's like playing a game of traffic cop with your bowels. Sometimes it's constipation, sometimes it's diarrhea. But magnesium might be the tool to keep the traffic flowing smoothly.
