I was prescribed Nitro-Time 9mg CR Capsules to manage my angina, and while they've been effective, I've experienced some side effects that have me a bit concerned. The most notable ones are frequent headaches and dizziness, which the doctor assured me are common when starting the medication. However, I've also had some episodes of flushing and blurred vision, which have me a bit worried. Has anyone else experienced these side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? Additionally, I'm curious to know if anyone has had any interactions with other medications they're taking. I'm currently on a few other prescriptions, and I want to make sure I'm not putting myself at risk. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm glad you mentioned the side effects. My doctor never really warned me about them. I've had some similar issues with flushing and the pains, it's been a struggle.

Do you take vitamins or supplements? Some of those can interact with medications too. It's worth checking with your doctor if you're unsure.

Be cautious with other medications. I was on a blood pressure med that interacted badly with the nitro. Ended up switching and the issue went away

I've been on Nitro-Time for about a year now, and the headaches did subside after the first few weeks. Stay hydrated and make sure you're not skipping doses. Flushing and blurred vision can be a bit more bothersome, but they usually pass quickly. If they persist, you should definitely talk to your doctor.

Have you tried taking your dosage with food? It can help with some of the side effects. Just be aware that it might affect how quickly the medication works.

Nitro-Time has been a game-changer for me, but the initial side effects were rough. Stick with it, and hopefully, they'll improve over time. If not, your doctor can adjust your dosage or suggest alternatives.

This is a reminder that side effects can vary from person to person. What bothers one might not bother the other. Don't hesitate to talk to your doctor if you need to.
